I'm a new customer, How do I place an order?
- Browse our online shop and select the item(s) you wish to purchase.
- Click view shopping cart to review your item(s).
- If your happy, click proceed to checkout.
I've clicked Checkout, what do I do next?
- CUSTOMER - Enter your email address - At this stage you can login to your Campervan Gift account or Checkout as a guest.
- SHIPPING - Fill in you Delivery / Shipping details and select a delivery method. You can also add any order comments at this stage (E.g. Please deliver to my neighbour).
- BILLING - Enter Billing Address information if different from your Delivery information.
- PAYMENT - Please enter your payment details - We accept most Credit / Debit Cards or you can select Pay by PayPal. You can also enter a Voucher / Coupon Code or Gift Certificate at this point. (Located at the top right corner).
- PLACE ORDER - Please read and tick to accept our order Terms and Conditions. Then if you are ready click PLACE ORDER. That is it, Order complete, you will receive an email as confirmation.
Please Note: We currently only take orders online. Telephone orders are not currently accepted.
Do I need to register to place an order?
- No, you can select to use "Guest Checkout" - a simple quick, easy and secure process.
What are the advantages of registering for an account?
- Your details will be remembered for future purchases. (Note: Payment details will NOT be saved)

- United Kingdom - Free Delivery for orders over £40.

How do I redeem a Voucher Code / Gift Certificate?
- Proceed through the checkout.
- Click the Link "Coupon/Gift Certificate" to the right of your cart.
- Enter the code in the box and click Apply.
- If your code is valid, the appropriate discount will be applied.

My attempt to pay by Credit / Debit Card has Failed?
- Please make sure your Billing Address matches the address registered on the Credit / Debit Card.
- Please also check the 3 digit CVC number is entered correctly.
- Alternatively, you can select payment by PayPal which also allows payment by Credit / Debit card without the need to register a PayPal account.
- If payment failure continues, please contact us and we can assist.
Are my payment details secure?
- Our site uses 128bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. This is an encryption certificate to ensure all sensitive data is safely and securely managed.
- The use of this encryption can be identified by:
- 1. A small yellow padlock icon in your browsers toolbar
- 2. A domain that begins with https:// which can be found in the address bar of the site you are currently browsing.
- (THE 'S' MAY ONLY APPEAR FOR PAGES WHERE SENSITIVE DATA WILL BE ENTERED).
- 3. Our verified and secured certificate displayed at the footer of our site will provide a live validation request of our certificate when clicked.
- The latest 3D Secure 2.0 fraud protection layer is also used when processing our Credit / Debit Card Payments.
- Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) is also implemented in our Credit / Debit Card processing system. Including systems that adhere to the Payments Services Directive (PSD2). When placing an order using a Credit / Debit Card, you may be asked to verify the transaction via a text message / phone call / code via a banking app.
Will I receive order confirmation?
- Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email when you have successfully placed an order.

The item I want is out of stock, help?
- We aim to keep as many items in stock as possible to give you the best customer experience and product selection as possible.
- Updates on items coming back in stock will be sent out in our newsletter.
How do I purchase a Gift Certificate?
- Simply click ‘send a gift voucher’ which can be found at the very top of the website.
- Fill out the required details and then checkout your shopping cart.
- If you wish, the gift voucher will then be emailed to the recipient.
Do you offer a Gift-Wrapping Service?
- At the moment, no. However in the near future we will be offering a gift wrapping service, which you can select at the checkout stage.
What is a Wish List?
- We offer you the feature to create your own personal shopping wish list.
- You can then send it via email / Facebook / Twitter to friends and family just in case you need to drop a few hints!
- Note: You need to create an account for this feature to work.
I have not received my order?
- Please allow up to 5 days for delivery.
- If after that period the order hasn't arrived, please contact us, we will endeavour to resolve the problem ASAP.
- Please be aware delivery may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas and UK Holidays.
There is a problem with my received item, what do I do?
- Hopefully this will never happen, but in the case it does, please contact us ASAP.
