Is there Free Delivery if I Spend a certain amount?

  • Free Delivery is available on all UK orders over £30 inclusive.
  • Standard UK Delivery for all orders under £30 is £4.99.

Please Note: Free Delivery for UK orders applies to UK MAINLAND only. Please see below for a list of NON UK Mainland Areas.

Is my order tracked?

  • All Standard UK Courier Delivery Orders are fully tracked.
  • We use DPD Local for our UK courier delivery service.
  • DPD Local Tracking is available here - DPD TRACKING INFORMATION
  • Tracking information will be send in a separate email direct from the courier.
  • If you have provided a mobile telephone number, the courier will send a SMS text message with an intended delivery time on the delivery day.
  • International orders are fully tracked as standard. (exception list below).

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Standard UK Courier Delivery orders typically arrive Next Day, but please allow up to 1-2 working days.
  • Free UK Delivery orders typically arrive within 1-2 working days.
  • International orders will take between 3-14 days for delivery. Dependent on the destination.
  • During busy holiday periods such as Christmas, Easter, Bank & UK Holidays, delivery may arrive slightly later.
  • For specialist products such as personalised Items, delivery may take longer. Please see specific dispatch and delivery information on the specific product page.

Do you Offer Next Day / Express Delivery?

  • Not at this current moment, however our standard UK Courier Delivery typically arrives Next Day or within 1-2 Days.

Do you deliver to Non UK Mainland Destinations such as Isle of Wight, Shetland Islands?

  • Yes we do, however some items have restrictions. We cannot send large, tall or restricted items due to courier restrictions and/or costs. Additional costs may also apply.
  • Non UK Mainland Areas are as follows:

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Certain large items such as windbreaks and prohibited items such as lighters cannot be sent to an International or Non UK Mainland destination.
  • For Delivery to any country in the Balearic or Canary Islands - Please CONTACT US for a quotation for delivery.
  • International Delivery costs are based on volumetric weight and automatically calculated at the checkout stage.
  • International Deliveries may also be subject to local customs charges / import duties. Campervan Gift Ltd are not liable to pay these charges. It is the customers responsibility to pay all local customs charges and import duties.

Will my International Delivery Order be Tracked?

All international orders are tracked for the above list of countries.

Do you deliver to a country not on that list?

  • Please CONTACT US and we can arrange a quote for delivery.

Are there any items excluded from International Delivery?

  • Yes, large / heavy items and lighters cannot be sent international due to courier restrictions.

How long does it take to process my order?

  • We aim to process your order within 1-2 working days.
  • Please be aware order processing may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas, Easter, Bank & UK Holidays.

Is a signature required?

  • All orders totalling £30.00 or more will require a signature.
  • Please make sure someone is available to accept and sign for your order. If not, any guaranteed services may be void and you will have to collect from your local Post Office / Courier Depot. You may also have to arrange for re-delivery.

Which do I do if my ordered has been damaged in transit?

  • In this unfortunate event, you MUST inform us within 2 working days, so we can carry out prompt procedures claiming against the courier.

I have not received my order?

  • Please allow up to 7 days for delivery (following your order 'shipped/dispatch' notification).
  • If after that period the order hasn't arrived, please contact us, we will endeavour to resolve the problem ASAP.
  • Please be aware delivery may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas and UK Holidays.
  • For specialist products such as personalised Items, delivery may take longer. Please see specific dispatch and delivery information on the specific product page.
  • In the rare occasion the parcel has been lost in transit - we will require the customer to complete a denial of receipt form complete with details and a signature. This form is mandatory to then process a refund or replacement order claim.

 

DELIVERY PROBLEMS

If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us by email to sales@campervangift.co.uk, by telephone on 0800 014 8686 or through our website at https://www.campervangift.co.uk/contact-us/.

If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the time specified on the card left at your address, then we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products, providing that we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery (even where the initial delivery was free-of-charge).

An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:

  • you provided the wrong address for delivery;
  • there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided;
  • the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible;
  • the address for delivery cannot safely be accessed;
  • where in person receipt is not required, there is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person available to accept delivery; and
  • where in person receipt is not required, the specific location to leave the goods in question as stated by the customer during the checkout stage was unsafe, inappropriate or non-existent thus causing the goods in question to be removed, stolen or damaged by an unauthorised personnel; and
  • where in person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.
  • where in person receipt is required, the specific location to leave the goods in question as stated by the customer during the checkout stage was unsafe, inappropriate or non-existent thus causing the goods in question to be removed, stolen or damaged by an unauthorised personnel.
  • For UK Orders: If delivery of the item(s) is refused or undelivered (No person present) at the delivery address, the item(s) will be returned to our warehouse and you will incur an admin cost of £5 which will be deduced from the order refund.
  • For INTERNATIONAL Orders: If delivery of the item(s) is refused or undelivered (No person present) at the delivery address, the item(s) will be returned to our warehouse and you will incur an admin cost of £5 and the original shipping plus any other return shipping charges that we incur, which will be deduced from the order refund.

 

RETURNS

Can I return my item(s)?

  • Yes we do have a returns system available.
  • Firstly I would suggest you contact us first, to see if we can help resolve the problem? We like to see all our customers happy with their purchases!
  • We do have exceptions against returning 'personalised' or 'customised' items. Please view our Terms and Conditions before you consent to the purchase of any such items.

I really do need to return my item(s), how do I do that?

  • We’re more than happy to give you 14 days to send your products back to us. In the unfortunate event you do need to return your item(s);  
  • Follow these 4 easy steps to return an item:
  1. Go to the ‘View Completed Orders’ page in your account and submit a Returns Request form within 14 days of placing your order. You need to complete this because we need a Return ID Number (RID) to process your return request.
  2. Package your returned items safely and securely, and attach a return label along with FRAGILE label written clearly for fragile items.
  3. Read our terms and conditions.
  4. Send your item(s) off on its way! Please Note - You have 14 Days to then return your item(s)
  5. We will process your return and credit you within 30 days

Do you provide a Free Returns Service?

  • No, At the moment we do not provide a free returns service. This is an improvement we are currently working on.
  • No, At the moment we do not have pre-paid returns labels. This is an improvement we are currently working on.

Will I have to pay to return my item(s)?

  • If the item is unwanted or no longer require, yes you will have to pay and make your own arrangements to return the item(s)
  • If the item has been accepted and agreed by Campervan Gift Ltd as faulty, we will reimburse your return postage (2nd Class Royal Mail parcel rate).

Are there any restrictions on item(s) that can be returned?

  • All unwanted / no longer required items MUST be returned in an unopened, unused, new condition still in the original packaging complete with all labels and tags.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any item returned that is not in a new condition.
  • We can not accept unwanted apparel / clothing / footwear that has been opened, worn and used.

I would like to return some item(s) but keep other item(s) in my order?

  • That is great, we have no problem in you returning some of the item(s) from your order, and keeping others.

Are there any restocking charges applied for returning any item(s)?

  • If your order had a delivery charge against it - There will be no restocking fee.
  • If your order placed was eligible for Free UK Delivery, and the returned item(s) now make the order total not eligible for Free UK Delivery - We will charge a restocking fee of £5.00
  • If your order placed was eligible for Free UK Delivery, and the returned item(s) still make the order total eligible for Free UK Delivery - There will be no restocking fee.
  • If your order placed was eligible for Free UK Delivery, and all of the order items(s) are returned We will charge a restocking fee of £5.00
